<p>This position will be based in pre-approved centers; and will be responsible for providing customer service support for inbound customers. The Center Consultant (CC) is a customer-focused position responsible for customer satisfaction by providing responsive service that enhances the delivery of FedEx Office products and services including shipping. The role encompasses extensive interaction with customers, over the phone, in-center, gathering order data, bidding, and order processing. The CC works with minimal instruction and supervision and interacts on a daily basis with customers, center managers, team members, customer service specialists and vendors accomplishing established business objectives.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>This is a representative list of the general duties the Customer Consultant may be asked to perform on a daily basis and is not intended to be all-inclusive</p>
<p>    * Maintains and regularly updates customer data base through “My Tasks”</p>
<p>    * Utilizes “OTP Call Back” report and updates database</p>
<p>    * Job bidding and bid follow-up (in conjunction with bid centers where appropriate) for the center</p>
<p>    * Maintains bidding database</p>
<p>    * Takes complex job orders</p>
<p>    * Identifies customers who have shipping needs on a regular basis, generates and activates shipping accounts</p>
<p>    * Collaborates with market sales team and customers to promote contracted programs and marketing campaigns to grow revenue with new and existing customers</p>
<p>    * Builds rapport with customers using a consultative sales approach</p>
<p>    * Sells targeted products using marketing toolkit materials, authorized websites and value propositions</p>
<p>    * Works closely with Marketing on ongoing development of tools to maximize program awareness</p>
<p>    * Manage customer interactions and information to ensure continuous and effective business relationships</p>
<p>    * Meets or exceeds appropriate activity standards</p>
<p>    * May provide secondary account coverage for other sales professionals, as required</p>
<p>    * Refers orders and/or bids/quotes to appropriate Operations resources</p>
<p>    * Refers project management, including outsourcing coordination, to appropriate Operations resources</p>
<p>    * May assist in account recovery</p>
<p>    * Sells FedEx Office value, by identifying solutions and providing outstanding service</p>
<p>    * Interacts with Sales leadership to develop and review sales support strategies for calling on named customer base</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>    * High School Diploma or equivalent, plus one to three years of specialized experience</p>
<p>    * A minimum of 12 months of sales support and/or sales experience OR an equivalent combination of sales support and customer service experience required</p>
<p>    * Prefer experience within the document solutions or print offerings industry</p>
<p>    * Presents personal professional image and professional approach to all verbal communications</p>
<p>    * Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills</p>
<p>    * Proven strong organization and planning skills</p>
<p>    * Proven skills and aptitude to work in a customer-focused and results-driven environment</p>
<p>    * Demonstrated business math skills</p>
<p>    * Basic level MS Office computer skills</p>

<p>- Support and maintain the Workflow/Production Management, Brand Content Management and Financial and Market Planning applications of the Aprimo Enterprise system<br />
- Manage reporting needs analysis, creation and maintenance for all users including management and executive reporting<br />
- Co-manage application configuration and support documentation<br />
- Provide SME support for new and existing workflows<br />
- Co-manage the internal MRM helpdesk<br />
- Provide basic user support and training including the configuration and management of all user group and domain access including passwords and security levels<br />
- Conducts critical analysis of business requirements and requested application changes<br />
- Provides communication updates to the user community as appropriate<br />
- Serves as the communication liaison between the user community and Aprimo Hosting Services &#038; Customer Care<br />
- Implements configuration changes to the Aprimo solution<br />
Skills:<br />
Requires BS/BA degree, 5-8 years related experience.  Experience with the Aprimo application is required. Must demonstrate ability to successfully manage multiple projects and provide high level customer service in a pressured environment. Working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems is required.  Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are mandated. Excellent analytical, organizational and PC skills are required.  Travel is estimated at 10%. <p>Description<br />
POSITION PURPOSE:<br />
Develop and deliver a tactical and consolidated safety and health program for assigned TVA customer base.</p>
<p>Develop and deliver progressive programs and initiatives including safety program design and implementation, OWCP cost management, emergency response and security planning, and other programs designed to promote a skilled and safe workplace.</p>
<p>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br />
1. Requires in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in safety to develop and deliver tactical day-to-day safety, health and related services to assigned TVA customer base.</p>
<p>2. Consults with customer base, understands the business, and works with line managers to develop and deliver tactical programs which enhance workforce strategies and improve efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness.</p>
<p>3. Proactive in assessing health and safety costs and evaluating trends and best practices.</p>
<p>4. Perform investigations of major events, such as serious accidents and hazardous materials incidents and provides technical direction for the development and implementation of corrective action programs.</p>
<p>5. Perform routine and special inspections and analysis of job and system hazards, develops recommendations to improve working environments from a safety and health standpoint, and provides field support and assistance to remote work locations for implementation of safety programs.</p>
<p>6. Deliver safety and health initiatives in a manner that will lead culture change throughout the TVA organization.</p>
<p>7. Delivers day-to-day process, planning and implementation of OWCP cost management and recovery initiatives.</p>
<p>8. Ensures compliance with all health and safety standards, including federal and state regulatory compliance, and provides interpretation of these standards.</p>
<p>9. Responsible for the development of health and safety plans, including goals and objectives and for reporting performance to ensure the compliance with the plan and recommend corrective action as required.</p>
<p>10. Develop procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations and other requirements in implementing the program.</p>
<p>11. Requires the ability to solve moderately complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.</p>
<p>12. Requires the ability to work independently with minimal guidance on safety and health issues and program implementation.</p>
<p>13. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may assist with directing the work of developmental consultants.</p>
<p>ELIGIBILITY FACTORS:<br />
A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Industrial Safety, Safety-Related Engineering or documented evidence of equivalent education, training &#038; experience.</p>
<p>Minimum 7 years industrial occupational health and safety experience, which includes project management leading to practical knowledge of the theory and principles related to the administration of industrial safety and health programs, protection of facilities and human life.</p>
<p>Demonstrated effective written and oral communication, leadership and team work skills and the ability to be open to questions and suggestions and to pursue answers and resolutions.</p>
<p>Physical Requirements:  Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding; work on uneven ground; able to bend, stoop, kneel and work in confined spaces; must be able to work in hot and cold stress environments; and must participate in the hearing conservation program.</p>
