Responsible for all aspects of restructuring, maximizing the value of and disposition of problem business banking, commercial and/or real estate loans of moderate to large size and complexity. Candidate will need to utilize strong commercial credit skills. Negotiating loan workouts, litigation and bankruptcy will be routine. This Special Assets Officer will interact with other workout officers, lending officials, and borrowers. Work closely with and manage outside counsel representing Regions Bank.
