<p>We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill an opening as Finance Manager in support of our Design group located in New Market, Canada.  This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the finance organization.</p>
<p>Key accountabilities include:</p>
<p>Month end financial closing<br />
Project and cost valuations (site and project-based)<br />
Monthly forecast, AR, AP<br />
calculation of site level design metrics such as engineering utilization, bill rate and ROI<br />
generation of intercompany vouchers between Flex divisions<br />
Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in accordance with Flextronics standard policy<br />
Oversee engineers with eExpense submissions<br />
Maintain RCTS assessments for SOX compliance<br />
Assist with other projects as they arise<br />
Requirements<br />
Ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management roles; electronics contract manufacturing preferred.  Experience with general ledger, fixed assets, AR, AP, and preparation of financial statements.  Candidate should possess excellent communication skills to interface at all levels, be a problem-solver with the ability to work independently.  Well versed in MS Office applications and manage reporting in Outlook soft.  Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, BAAN, will be a plus for this role. </p>

<p>Responsible for all aspects of restructuring, maximizing the value of and disposition of problem business banking, commercial and/or real estate loans of moderate to large size and complexity. Candidate will need to utilize strong commercial credit skills. Negotiating loan workouts, litigation and bankruptcy will be routine. This Special Assets Officer will interact with other workout officers, lending officials, and borrowers. Work closely with and manage outside counsel representing Regions Bank. This position requires 10% travel. </p>
<p>Requirements: Ten years of experience in commercial loan workouts with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must possess a broad knowledge of commercial credit/underwriting including but not limited to secured and unsecured C &#038; I, real estate, and syndicated loans. In addition, must have extensive experience in loan restructuring bankruptcy, foreclosure and litigation matters. PC proficient with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and knowledge of Moody&#8217;s Risk Analyst helpful. </p>
