Job Description Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to drive requirements gathering and process analysis in collaboration with both the business and technology teams as part of a larger organizational transformation initiative. We’re looking for someone with strong a background in defining and eliciting requirements from business users, documenting current-state and future state processes and conducting gap analysis between the two.</p>
<p>Responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>Elicit requirements from business community using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.</p>

<p>Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests and solution ideas from the underlying true requirements</p>
<p>Work with the project leadership to document the product’s future-state vision and the project’s scope</p>
<p>Analyze systems and document current-state processes</p>
<p>Conduct current-state vs. future-state gap analysis and identify gaps and opportunities; document steps to remediate gap</p>
<p>Serve as the conduit between the business community and the eLearning and Technology teams through which requirements flow.</p>
<p>Acquire and impart business knowledge to the development team regarding the functionality of assigned applications and workflow processes</p>
<p>Contribute knowledge and support to QA and UAT teams throughout the process of testing the application’s workflow and functionality</p>
<p>Provide project/program manager with timely updates on the progress of assigned tasks</p>
<p>Required: </p>

<p>GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS<br />

<p>Sale and Profitability<br />
·         Attain sales and profitability goals for store through use of short and long-range planning, expense management and inventory shortage control.</p>
<p>·          Develops and leads shortage strategy by identifying, monitoring and establishing a high level of loss prevention awareness and training.</p>
<p>·         Oversee and ensure accountability of all bebe policies and operations, including transfers, shipping, scheduling, expenses, maintenance and inventory results.</p>

<p>·         Ensures best floor coverage to achieve service plans through evaluation of staffing schedules.</p>

<p>·         Monitor all controllable experiences that appear on the profit and loss statement.</p>

·          Recruit and select a team of qualified selling managers.</p>
<p>·         Directs the recruiting efforts of the store to ensure the staffing is up to plan. Improves retention by emphasizing awareness of people development and career development.</p>
<p>·         Assumes leadership and development role through effective total store communication, awareness of morale, staff development and implementation of selling priorities.</p>
<p>·         Actively coach and counsel selling managers to reach their fullest potential, maximize business opportunities and promote them to the next level.</p>
<p>·         Create a positive work environment that results in retention and turnover reduction.</p>
<p>·         Ability to perform all training and orientations at store location.</p>
<p>·         Utilize company training tools to continually plan, monitor and execute the training and development of all employees;</p>
<p>·         Encourage team building while developing store managers to be independent and confident;</p>
<p>·         Use Development Agendas and Annual Performance Reviews to provide feedback on store managers job performance;</p>

<p>Merchant Mentality/Visual Presentation<br />
·         Communicate weekly market information to the Regional Director and corporate partners regarding merchandise mix (i.e., recommended markdowns, consolidations, product flow and Vision implementation);</p>
<p>·         Gather information that reflects current merchandising trends in specific market and educate store personnel on terminology and trends;</p>
<p>·         Balance store inventory levels according to specific needs;</p>
<p>·         Works with planning organization to minimize</p>
<p>·         Monitor and ensure follow-through of current visual presentation standards and Corporate Merchandise Vision Directives;</p>
<p>·         Monitor and follow up on store maintenance, cleanliness and store repairs.</p>

  Position Purpose:<br />
The Manager, P&#038;BB II leads a medium to large banking center sales and service team responsible for driving the overall performance of the center.   They act as the lead sales person in the market (3-5 mile radius from Banking Center); target clients are small businesses with <$1M in sales revenue and high value Consumer clients and prospect.   Managers, P&#038;BB II are also responsible for personal contributions towards the banking center sales plan through the delivery of consumer and small business financial solutions.  They are accountable for maximizing banking center revenues, sales, customer satisfaction and minimizing operating losses.  Managers, P&#038;BB II are instrumental in creating beneficial partnerships with banking center staff and independent producers within their markets. <p>Key Accountabilities:<br />
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and operational integrity by all banking ecnter staff.<br />
- Execute sales and market management activities focusing on building employee capabilities through performance management and coaching<br />
- Drive business development through teleconsulting, outside calling, retention management, community involvement and Marketing &#038; promotion<br />
- Align talent to opportunities within the banking center<br />
- Develop existing staff, new hires, and trainees to full capability<br />
- Partner externally with centers of influence, referral sources, and community leaders to enhance RBC Bank brand awareness<br />
- Provide input to Regional Manager on current market environment, business opportunities, and employee capability to support overall performance.</p>
<p>Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):<br />
Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of banking management experience including proven sales skills, and the ability to proactively develop new business relationships. Quality customer lending skills, customer service skills, and demonstrated leadership ability is essential. Must be a team play, leader and coach with excellent communication skills.</p>

Lead and direct the Molecular Sales team for the Abbott Molecular products to exceed and achieve annual sales goals through motivation, coaching, skill development, product knowledge, industry knowledge, competitive knowledge, and company knowledge to achieve.</p>
<p>Major Responsibilities:<br />
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.</p>
<p>Execute district, regional and national sales plans/strategies to exceed sales goals. Establishes goals and metrics for team, monitors progress and contigency plans to assure sales goal achievement. Creates, implements and communicates plans and vision.</p>
<p>Execute new product launches, drive sales performance through targeted sales programs.</p>
<p>Manage Field Technical Resource involved in training, servicing and troubleshooting the Alliance products.</p>
<p>Hire, coach, train, and develop all personnel. Maintain a diverse and motivated sales team.<br />
Conduct routine interviewing to identify prospective candidates.</p>
<p>Recognize performance excellence, conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback on performance gaps, provide coaching to minimize gaps and prepare the employee to meet personal and company goals.</p>
<p>Prepare business plans, forecast, and market share analysis to upper management.</p>
<p>Maintain fiscal responsibility and complete each year under expense plan with a primary goal of exceeding each years sales plan.<br />
Skills/Experience Requirements Basic Qualifications:</p>
<p>Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics.<br />
Sales Management Experience (2-4 years), managing a diverse staff of experienced sales reps.<br />
Sales experience (5+ years) dealing with high dollar/volume highly complex products and sales strategies.<br />
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strategy, planning and execution skills.<br />
Good coaching and personnel development skills.<br />
Strong interviewing and selection skills.<br />
Demonstrated motivational and leadership skills.<br />
Understanding of molecular customers, products they use and general understanding of nucleic acid chemistry.<br />
Financial analysis skills required.</p>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:<br />
Education Requirements Bachelors degree. Our customer base is made up of people with a minimum of a four year degree and most have advanced degrees such as M.D.,PH.D., Masters, MTASCP, Etc.. These customers do expect a certain level of competency from their business partners.<br />
