<p>Job Summary:<br />
Division/Program Description: FBHS is responsible for planning, development, evaluation, and oversight of forensic discharge planning and community based services including the Medication Grant Program. The goal is to ensure that all consumers who leave the criminal justice system have access to necessary community based mental health services.</p>
<p>The Discharge Planning Unit at Rikers Island is designated to assist individuals who are receiving mental health treatment while incarcerated in the New York City Correctional System with obtaining necessary services to continue their treatment after release. These services include, but are not limited to issuing referrals and scheduling appointment referrals/appointments to community mental health providers and assistance with obtaining Medicaid and Public Assistance. </p>
<p>- Responsible for scheduling, training, and disciplining all assigned staff.<br />
- Identify and assist in resolving system problems that affects inmates at discharge time.<br />
- Ensure that all functions are covered in cases of planned or unplanned staff absences.<br />
- Participate with a treatment team at discharge planning meetings of inmates.<br />
- Attend regular meetings with Mental Health to discuss clinical issues and development of plans based on clinical needs.<br />
- Coordinate jail based discharge-planning functions with Mental Health Unit Chief. Identifying new Brad H class members to be case assigned inclusive of chart review.<br />
- Participate in treatment team meetings and facilitating the timely transfer of documents.<br />
- Supervise, monitor, and assign, the Discharge Planning caseloads.<br />
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of all planning staff.<br />
- Review, approve and ensure that staff expeditiously identify and secure appropriate community placement for the Brad H class members.<br />
- Review tickler system which direct what services need to be completed.</p>
<p>PREFERRED SKILLS:<br />
Experience in Mental Health, case management, and social work. Strong organizational and management skills. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of entitlement, community mental health resources and substance abuse. The ability to provide direct services to mentally ill individuals and linking to a broad range.</p>
<p>Experience Required:<br />
A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and five (5) years of full-time professional satisfactory experience acquired within the last fifteen years, in a health services setting such as a laboratory, hospital, or other patient care facility, or in a public health, environmental health, or mental hygiene program, at least 18 months of which must have been in a managerial capacity, consisting of managerial experience clearly demonstrating the ability to perform difficult and responsible managerial work, requiring independent decision-making concerning program management, planning, allocation of resources, and the scheduling and assignment of work; or<br />
2. Education and/or experience equivalent to (1) above. Education may be substituted for experience on the basis that each 30 graduate semester credits from an accredited college in hospital administration, public health, public administration, business administration, management or administration can be substituted for one year of non-managerial experience up to a maximum of 60 semester credits for two years. However, all candidates must have a minimum of a Baccalaureate degree and 18 months of managerial experience as described in (1) above.</p>

The ICORE Director of Managed Care will accomplish these objectives by managing a team of Account Executives (6-8) and others who will implement formulary optimization business plans with contracted accounts, and by leading an integrated Field Sales effort to meet or exceed revenue and market share objectives.</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Ensure that all business and rebate revenue goals are achieved for targeted health plans.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Lead and direct a team of highly motivated and skilled Account Executives (6-8 ppl) covering assigned health plans.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Responsible for developing and maintaining critical business relationships between health plan clients and pharmaceutical manufacturer partners.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Direct the efforts of the field-based medical Clinical Liaison team (4-5 ppl).</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Manage the Prior Authorization and Utilization Management department (5 ppl) – ensure that all health plan medical guidelines and protocols are managed effectively by ICORE, and that all preferred product market shares goals are realized.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Ensure that all fee-for-service revenue goals are achieved by the ICORE hemophilia team.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Design AE account matrix, assign market share and rebate revenue goals, and manage performance vs. goals.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Development and execution of account and segment specific strategies and tactical plans – establishment of plans that enhance the appropriate utilization of preferred products.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Manage the Customer Marketing Management team (2 ppl); oversee the development and execution of all health plan promotional materials and marketing programs.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Continually assess the ICORE managed care marketing strategies to assure preferred product market share/revenue goals are achieved.</p>
<p>    *<br />
      Expand a strong managed markets department/team. Mentor, coach, develop, and enhance their teamwork, strategic, analytical, and collaboration capabilities.</p>

The Manager is directly responsible for the Food &#038; Beverage segment of our business and assists the General Manager in all other aspects of center operations to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives.  In the General Manager&#8217;s absence, the Manager assumes responsibility for center operations.</p>
<p>·         Directly responsible for management and growth of the Food and Beverage segment of our business.  Provides ongoing training and supervision of daily F&#038;B operations to ensure consistent execution of AMF programs and initiatives.</p>
<p>·         Ensures compliance with all applicable occupational, health, and safety regulations and laws.  Creates an environment where safety comes first and all employees strictly adhere to AMF Operating Standards.</p>
<p>·         Maintains inventory of all alcoholic beverage servers to ensure they are properly trained/certified and that the center complies with local alcohol regulations at all times.</p>
<p>·         Consistently delivers exceptional customer service through execution of AMF Service Standards.  Proactively builds customer relations through soliciting feedback and addressing and resolving customer complaints.  Schedules staffing levels to appropriately meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience.</p>
<p>·         Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to the AMF Operating Standards.  Capitalizes business opportunities in the market area by executing Company marketing strategies to drive sales in league, open and managed play bowling.</p>
<p>·         Develops and maintains league business through effective relationships with league bowlers/officers, adherence to league formats, distribution of announcements of league activities, and the management of other related administrative duties.</p>
<p>·         Reviews financial reports with General Manager and helps to develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses in order to meet or exceed annual budgets.</p>
<p>·         Team management and development responsibilities to include recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling of hourly center staff.  Leads and influences staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity. </p>
<p>·         Promotes positive employee relations including effective delegation of duties, fostering high staff morale, collaborating successfully with the entire management team, upholding AMF Operation Standards, and execution of the Performance Management process.</p>
<p>·         Addresses center level HR and loss prevention issues by collaborating with the General Manager and Support Center Staff.</p>
<p>Requirements:  	</p>
<p>Managers possess a strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.).</p>
<p>Managers must be dedicated team players and people developers, and possess a strong desire to grow, develop, and become future general manager candidates.</p>
<p>The skills and abilities are normally acquired through the receipt of High School Diploma and a minimum of three years management experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue.  Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.<br />
